Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Terms
  • Services may be cancelled up to 7 days before project commencement for a full
    refund.
  • Cancellations between 3–6 days before start incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  •  Cancellations within 3 days or once the work has started are non-refundable
2. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving a formal cancellation request, processed through the original payment method or bank transfer for Indian clients (via NEFT/IMPS/UPI).
3. Indian Payments Specifics
  • Clients paying via Indian payment methods (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) can request refunds to be processed back into their bank account.
  • Currency conversions, if applicable, will follow the rate at the time of refund initiation.
  • Any bank transfer fees (if incurred) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Change Requests & Scope Adjustments
  • Minor changes (content updates, design tweaks) requested before project start may be accommodated at no extra cost.
  • Significant scope changes or revisions required after development begins may be subject to additional charges based on effort involved.
5. No Refund for Completed Services
Once the project is fully delivered and approved, no refunds will be provided.
