By engaging with AlgoSphere Solutions Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided

AlgoSphere Solutions Inc. offers professional services including:

  • Website Design and Development (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and
    custom builds)
  • AI-powered solutions (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer
    Vision, Automation, Analytics)
  • Digital Marketing Solutions (Social Media Marketing, Google Ads management, SEO)
2. Scope and Deliverables
A detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be provided and must be accepted before work commences. Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may require revised timelines and fees.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of project deliverables, including website code, designs, and content. AlgoSphere retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, materials (like content, images, logos), and feedback to avoid delays. Review and approval processes should be completed within the agreed timeframe.
5. Payment Terms

Payment schedule will be outlined in your project proposal. Standard terms:

  • Initial deposit (e.g., 50%) due before project kickoff
  • Remaining balance upon completion and approval
    Late payments may incur fees or pause work.
6. Revisions and Approval
Project includes the agreed number of revision cycles. Additional revisions may attract extra costs. Final approval is required before launch.
7. Support & Maintenance
Post-launch support includes bug fixes and minor tweaks for [number of days/weeks]. Ongoing maintenance packages (hosting, updates, backups) are available separately.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat each other’s confidential information respectfully. We will not disclose project details to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions.
10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of:

  • United States (State of Delaware),
  • United Kingdom, and
  • India.

In case of disputes, jurisdiction will depend on the client’s principal place of business, unless otherwise agreed in writing
